While families are welcome at the Zen and Ambassador buildings - both featuring kids’ clubs and plenty of connecting rooms - kids under 12 are not allowed in the Grand Class section. It houses the hotel’s convention center and the spa, but it’s the least transited of the three buildings, and the vibe here is hushed and romantic. The Zen section is the only one in the jungle and does not offer ocean views.
